Careers Page

The Career screen is the administrative control center for the organization’s public-facing job portal, used by the HR Manager or Admin to manage how external talent views and interacts with active job listings.

  • Location: Access this module through the main menu path: Home \rightarrow Recruitment \rightarrow Career.

  • Purpose: To manage the external visibility of the company’s recruitment efforts and provide a bridge for prospective candidates to enter the hiring funnel.

  • Key Components (Anticipated): This section typically manages the branding, layout, and specific visibility settings for all vacancies marked as "Open" in the Job Openings sub-module.

Step-by-Step: Managing the Public Job Board

  • Publishing a Role: To make a role visible here, ensure it is created in the Job Openings sub-module with a status set to "Open".

  • Reviewing Listing Details:

    • Position Title: Clearly displays the role (e.g., "Office Manager").

    • Deadline Tracking: Displays a clear "Applications accepted until..." notice to create urgency for applicants (e.g., December 23, 2025).

    • Additional Info: Includes supplementary details such as salary status (e.g., "to be discussed").

  • Candidate Submission (Implied): When a candidate clicks on a job card, they are prompted to provide their details and answer any role-specific Custom Questions established by HR.

HR/Admin Focus: Sourcing and Branding

  • Automated Integration: All applications submitted through this portal are automatically populated in the Manage Job Applications screen for HR review.

  • Brand Consistency: The portal acts as the "front door" of the company for new talent, reflecting the professional standards of the organization.

  • Live Updates: Closing a vacancy in the administrative Job Openings list will immediately remove the corresponding card from the public Career Opportunities page to prevent stale applications.
