The Time & Attendance module is the primary tool used by HR Managers and the Admin to manage, monitor, and enforce all aspects of employee work schedules, time-off requests, and physical presence at work. This module ensures accurate payroll processing and organizational coverage.

Core Functions & Sub-Modules

The module is structured to handle various requests and scheduling tools:

  • Leave Requests: Manages all employee requests for planned time off.

    • It tracks the Leave Type, Request Date, Start Date, Days requested, and the current Status of the request.

    • Allows HR to search and filter requests by employee, leave type, and date range.

  • Travel Requests (Implied): Manages formal requests for business travel and associated approvals.

  • Shift Change Request (Implied): Facilitates and tracks employee requests to modify their assigned working schedules.

  • Shift Scheduler (Implied): Provides the administrative tool for HR or management to create, assign, and publish employee schedules.

  • Timesheet (Implied): Centralizes recorded work hours, breaks, and overtime data for payroll processing.
