Overview
The Employee Engagement module is the dedicated section in HireRyze used by the Admin or HR Manager to foster a positive organizational culture and manage internal communications and recognition programs. Its primary function is to manage non-administrative aspects of the employee experience.

Core Functions & Sub-Modules
The Employee Engagement module integrates several tools to drive communication, motivation, and policy awareness:
Announcements: Used for posting and tracking important company news, updates, and general information to the entire workforce or specific groups.
Direct Link: The dashboard displays an Announcements section showing the Title, Start Date, and End Date of current notices.

Events: Manages the scheduling and promotion of internal company events, such as holiday parties, town halls, or team-building sessions.
Integration: Events are often visible on the monthly calendar (e.g., November 2025).

Awards: The system module dedicated to organizing and tracking formal employee recognition and rewards programs.

Policies: Serves as the central repository for storing and making all company policies and employee handbooks easily accessible to staff.

HR/Admin Focus
The Engagement module empowers the HR team to shift focus from pure administration to strategic employee motivation:
Communication Hub: Ensures that official communication (Announcements and Events) is centralized and effectively distributed to the workforce.
Policy Compliance: Provides a structured way for employees to view and acknowledge company rules (Policies).
Calendar Integration: Displays engagement-related activities (like events) directly on the calendar, helping coordinate internal activities with HR and operational tasks.
