Overview
The Recruitment module provides a centralized system for managing the end-to-end hiring process, from creating job vacancies and tracking applicants to scheduling interviews and managing the onboarding of new hires. It serves as the primary tool for HR to maintain a structured and efficient talent acquisition workflow.

Core Functions & Sub-Modules
The module is structured into several key sub-modules that handle different stages of the candidate lifecycle:
Job Openings: The primary database for managing active and historical job vacancies within the organization.
It tracks listings by Branch, Department, and Position.
It monitors the number of Open Positions and the current Status (e.g., Open/Closed) for each role.
It includes a search function to quickly filter and locate specific job records.

Job Applications: A centralized repository for tracking all individuals who have submitted applications for open roles.

Interview Schedule: A coordination tool used to organize, schedule, and document interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Job Onboarding: Manages the administrative transition of successful candidates into active members of the workforce.

Custom Questions: This sub-module allows HR to design and manage specific screening questions for job applications.
It enables the creation of role-specific questions to gather more data than a standard resume provides.
It helps standardize the screening process for all applicants applying to a particular position.

Career: This sub-module is the administrative control center for the organization's public-facing career page.
It manages the external portal where prospective candidates view active job listings.
It serves as the bridge between the internal Job Openings list and the public labor market.

HR/Admin Focus
The Recruitment module is essential for organizational growth and candidate management:
Pipeline Management: Provides administrative control over the entire hiring funnel, from the creation of a vacancy using the Plus Icon (+) to final onboarding.
Candidate Experience & Screening: Utilizes Custom Questions to define specific screening criteria, ensuring only qualified candidates progress through the interview stages.
Strategic Sourcing: Manages the Career sub-module to control the public-facing job board, ensuring the organization's brand and vacancies are visible to external talent.
