Interview Schedule

The Interview Schedule screen is used by the HR Manager or Admin to visualize and organize all candidate interviews, providing a calendar-based view to ensure a structured hiring timeline.

  • Location: Access this module through the main menu path: Home \rightarrow Recruitment \rightarrow Interview Schedule.

  • Purpose: To manage interview coordination and provide a quick overview of daily, weekly, or monthly recruitment activities.

  • Key Data: The screen features a central Calendar displaying scheduled events, navigation controls (arrows and "Today" button), and a dedicated Upcoming Interviews sidebar for quick reference.


Step-by-Step: Organizing Interview Dates

  • Adjust Calendar View: Use the toggle buttons in the top right of the calendar to switch between Month, Week, or Day views depending on your scheduling density.

  • Navigate Dates:

    • Use the Left/Right arrows to move between months or weeks.

    • Click the "Today" button to instantly return the calendar to the current date (highlighted in blue).

  • Schedule an Interview (Implied Action): Click on a specific Date Cell within the calendar to open the scheduling form where you can link a candidate from the Job Applicants list and assign an interviewer.

  • Review Daily Agenda: Click the "day" view to see a detailed hourly breakdown of all interviews set for a specific date.


Managing and Auditing Schedules

  • Sidebar Reference: Monitor the Upcoming Interviews panel on the right side of the screen to see a chronological list of near-term appointments without needing to navigate the full calendar.

  • Conflict Resolution: Use the week/day views to identify overlapping interviews and drag-and-drop (if supported) or edit entries to resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Audit Trail: The calendar serves as a historical record of all interviews conducted, which can be cross-referenced with candidate feedback in the Job Applicants sub-module.
