Export Employee Records

Exporting employee records is a vital function for the HR Manager to generate reports, conduct audits, or prepare data for external systems. This process allows you to download the Employee List data into a usable file format.

The export function is accessed directly from the People Management: Employee List screen.

Step 1: Apply Filters (Optional)

You can choose to export the entire list or only a filtered subset of data:

  1. Use the drop-down menus for Branch, Department, and Position to narrow down the employees you want to export.

Example: To export all employees in Marketing, select "Marketing" in the Department filter.

Step 3: Initiate the Export

  1. Locate the action buttons in the top-right corner of the Employee List table.

  2. Click the Download/Export Icon.

Step 4: Save the Exported File

  1. The exported file will typically be saved as a CSV (Comma Separated Values) or Excel file, containing the data shown in the table (ID, Name, Email, Position, Status) along with any hidden fields that the system includes for full records.

This process provides a comprehensive, static snapshot of your employee data at the time of export.
