Job Onboarding
The Job Onboarding screen is used by the HR Manager or Admin to manage the final transition of successful candidates into the active workforce, providing a structured workflow for administrative hiring tasks.
Navigating the Job Onboarding List
Location: Access this module through the main menu path: Home → Recruitment → Job Onboarding.
Purpose: To centralize the management of newly hired individuals and ensure all necessary onboarding steps are completed before they appear in the primary employee database.
Key Data: The list displays the Applicant Name, the specific Position Applied for, the candidate's Email, the date they originally applied (Applied At), and a dedicated Onboard action column to finalize the process.
Step-by-Step: Managing the Onboarding Process
Filter by Status: Use the Onboarding Status dropdown menu to view candidates at different stages of the integration process (e.g., "For Onboarding").

Define Hiring Period: Set the From and To date pickers (
mm/dd/yyyy) to filter new hires based on their original application date.

Execute Onboarding (Implied Action):
Locate the candidate in the table.
Click the action icon in the Onboard column to trigger the creation of their official employee profile (standard recruitment practice).

Update View: Click the blue Refresh icon on the right side of the screen to see the latest candidates moved from the "Hired" status in the Job Applicants module.

Managing and Auditing Onboarding
Searching: Use the "Search applicants..." bar to quickly find a specific new hire by name or email.

Batch Control: Use the "Show entries" dropdown to adjust how many onboarding records are visible on one page (e.g., 10, 25, 50).

Data Integration: Once a candidate is successfully processed here, their record is integrated into the People Management module as an active employee, and their payroll details can be defined in the Set Salary screen.
