Job Applicants

The Job Applicants screen is used by the HR Manager or Admin to track and manage all individuals who have submitted applications for open roles, providing a centralized repository for candidate information throughout the hiring funnel.

  • Location: Access this module through the main menu path: Home \rightarrow Recruitment \rightarrow Job Applicants.

  • Purpose: To monitor the candidate pipeline and review applicant details to determine their progression through the recruitment process.

  • Key Data: The list organizes candidate records by Applicant Name, the specific Position Applied for, the contact Email, current application Status, and the date they submitted their application (Applied At).

Step-by-Step: Reviewing and Filtering Applicants

  • Filter by Status: Select a specific stage from the Status dropdown menu (e.g., "Screening," "Interview," or "Hired") to isolate candidates at a particular phase of the process.

  • Define Date Range: Use the From and To date pickers (mm/dd/yyyy) to view applications received during a specific hiring window or quarter.

  • Refresh List: Click the blue Refresh icon on the right side of the screen to update the table with the most recent applicant submissions.

  • Review Candidate: Use the Actions column (implied) to access individual profiles, allowing for the review of resumes and results from Custom Questions (standard recruitment practice).

Managing and Auditing Applicants

  • Searching: Use the "Search applicants..." bar to quickly locate specific individuals by name or contact information.

  • Display Control: Adjust the "Show entries" dropdown to manage the number of records visible per page (e.g., 10, 25, 50) for more efficient bulk auditing.

  • Pipeline Progression: Qualified candidates identified here are subsequently managed via the Interview Schedule and Job Onboarding sub-modules.
