Overview
The Employee Movements module is the central hub for managing all changes to an employee's role, reporting structure, or status within the company. As the HR Manager or Admin, you use this module to ensure all workforce transitions are accurately recorded and processed across the HR system.

Core Functions & Responsibilities
The module is broken down into three sub-modules that handle all types of employee status changes:
Promotions: Manages all upward career growth and title changes, ensuring the new role and effective date are captured.

Separations: Oversees the offboarding process for all employee exits (resignations, terminations), recording the crucial Last Day of employment and the Exit Type.

Transfers: Records lateral moves where an employee changes department or branch/location without a promotion.

Data Synchronization: Ensures that any processed movement (Promotion, Separation, or Transfer) automatically updates the employee's record in the People Management module.
Payroll Integration: Provides accurate effective dates to the Payroll module for calculation of new salaries, final pay, and benefits adjustments.

Processing a Movement: The Plus Icon (+) launches the workflow to initiate a new promotion, separation, or transfer.

Movement Tracking: The table columns (Employee, Position, Promotion Title, Promotion Date) ensure a clear, auditable log of when and how an employee's role changed.

Audit and Review: The Search Promotions bar allows the HR team to quickly pull up past movement records for verification or reporting.

Actions: The Actions column allows the HR Manager to view details, approve, or cancel a movement record.
